Don't think there's any doubt about his intelligence - his temperament however appears, on occasions, to be a different matter. Difficult to think of a time in either his playing or managerial career where he seemed so focused and controlled than his spells at TM.

Glad to see my old hometown club doing so well - and above Blackpool I think Fleetwood is a good spot for Joey to see if management is really for him or not.

There were some who predicted he wouldn’t be there long but he’s got into a second season there
