Tom Flowers manages them, interesting.
Wrexham are the other National league side involved I think.

It’s equivalent to the Sherpa Van, or whatever it’s called now, in England. Is it only the second year they’ve invited clubs from other home countries? Thought it was longer.

Tim Flowers went in as assistant to Mark Yates and stepped up in summer 2018 when Yates moved to Macclesfield.Claretmatt4 wrote:Tom Flowers manages them, interesting.

Connah's Quay Nomad's made the final last year, losing out to Caley Thistle, this appears to be an attempt to replicate the Anglo-Scottish Cup from the 1970's.Tricky Trevor wrote:The other NL side playing today is Wrexham.

At least Partick Thistle managed a win today, great in cups useless in the league.

Kelty Hearts 1 Solihull Moors 1 (2-4 on pens) after Kelty took a 1st half lead. Interesting format. I wonder if they have to travel up to Scotland for every game, some of these Scots lower league teams might struggle to afford the trip.

As far as i'm aware it's a random draw,so whoever gets drawn first has home advantage, but i could be wrong.bfcmik wrote:Kelty Hearts 1 Solihull Moors 1 (2-4 on pens) after Kelty took a 1st half lead. Interesting. I've been to Kelty's ground while I was on a trip to the Dunfermline / Kircaldy area
