They could be the loan arranger.

Dyche decides who we sign. He only uses loans as cover in the main.

Gavin Ward?
Talking of loan keepers Nicky Walker was something else. Never did anything of note after leaving us although did get capped twice by Scotland (think they were before he played for us)

Chadwickmedia - found articles from him that were word for word copies of my articles so that will have been copied from someone else. Whoever wrote it didn’t know Stan’s surname.

Realistically though now clubs can name 25 players in a squad and all the teams where we would be looking for loan players having rich benefactors....where and what type of player would be available to us? If a top London clubs player became available he would likely end up staying that way and go to Palace or another southern club. Up north there are clubs ahead of us in picking up the unwanted talent. Everton being the biggest fools in getting UTD outcasts.

I think we have it right. If you do like Leicester did with Tielemans....buy now 20 million or loan him for the season which they did to protect themselves. Ended up paying double. No way are we in a position to do that. If we loa young players and they impress there club are going to end up loaning that player out again the following year to a club of a higher stature than us. Like we do in loans to div 2 then div 1 etc

We'd be better off loaning players from one of the bigger clubs abroad. They are more likely to want to loan to us than a relegation favourite in their own League.

The big clubs in Europe have bags of players they can't play.

Oh and it's 25 registered but 8 of those need to be home grown. 4 of those 8 home grown at the club for European registration so most English clubs with loads of foreigners either bolster their squad with under 21s or have a very small selection of players.

He would never be on anyone's successful loan list

Just remembered another successful loanee, Gerry Creaney, didn't he get 8 goals in 9 games or something like that?

Not a good market to go down the loan route unless its a loan to perm signing - although we could perhaps use it to our advantage better as look at Harry Wilson - but here he would be on the bench with no look in.
But another question - why the hell were we not in for him
