The same states in the US who are busy legalizing cannabis are also clamping down on vaping.

Call me a cynic but I have the feeling Trumps concern probably lies more with the impact Vaping has on the tobacco company's profits than the health of the actual Vapers

There are no recorded instances of anyone dying from a fatal dose of marijuana alone. That perhaps puts it across more accurately, but I suspect that's what you mean, so you'd be correct.

It has mental effects though, which could always indirectly cause early death.

It's a catalyst in a lot of schizophrenic diagnoses. It's not safe by any stretch, it just doesn't kill you.

It doesn't kill you, but can change your mental chemistry to the point that it will lead to your death as a result.

Yet still people smoke it, don't see the issue with it and won't accept the possibility that their depression is worse due to, or being caused by, cannabis....

Marijuana was legalised in Canada last year, October I think. I don’t partake, but I guess one reason for legalisation was to get a ‘piece of the pie’ in the form of taxation. Another reason could be trying to reduce the black market.
