I could have sworn that The Sun used the headline "good on you poofter" - a reference to Elton John and his marriage to a bloke back in the 90's maybe.
Cannot find this anywhere online so maybe it was a film, a dream or otherwise just plain didn't happen?
Does anyone here read the Sun newspaper?

Come off it. To make such a judgement you must read it more than at the barbers.Awayfromburnley wrote:Yes or no?
Honestly not intended as a snobbish post but I would love to hear a rationale as to why. Many tabloids are poor but the Sun tops it for me in terms of it's blatant nonsense and desire to sway public opinion.
I've read it whilst in the barbers and it hurts my head when I read it.
Can you think of a newspaper that doesn't give its opinions?
