Sussex by the Sea versus MIGHTY CLARETS

Post by IanMcL » Sat Sep 14, 2019 1:42 pm

Afternoon all. Arrived at Lewes. Time to eat my sandwiches, listen to a bit of the 2nd half of Lpool v Newc, then walk to the station.

Had a great win last time, so hoping both Ashley and Woody so their bit and Jay Rod comes on to finish them off.

Madge is keen and stripped and ready for action.

Up the Clarets

Afternoon all, not from Derry but about 40km from Valencia, arrived on Tuesday just before the worst storm in years if not decades hit, missed the worst of it, hope there aren't any clarets down Alicante way, took a real battering, as I hope Brighton do today.UTC

Just realised Brady makes the bench. We've got a good bunch.

They've always been a nothing much club, famous mainly for having their ground sold from under them.

Awful 1st half in the end.
Our midfield is non existent.

Lots of 4/10 performances in the first half. Flat and passionless - worst in a long time

0-0 is OK but the performance doesn't sound great,at least we've rediscovered our solid backbone.

Unless the 2nd half improves drastically this game will be closing MOTD later.
