We're expecting to stay in the league with 0-0's against our "real" opposition and getting beaten 5-0 by "them big clubs from't cities and tha"

Pieters giving Marsh acres of space. Lennon huffing and puffing and doing nowt. Very poor against another very poor team. Could both be struggling this season. These are games we can’t lose but they far more likely to score

Westwood 3
Cork 3
McNeil 3
Lennon 3
Wood 3
Barnes 3

I'm doing my player ratings early!
A joke of a performance so far...

Really poor start, we needed to be on the front foot, and we're not.
When we do get on the front foot we need to take the chances.
Sounds like the midfield is flat again, not there so no finger pointing.
Potter changed things up, and it worked, what options has SD, not a lot so I expect more of the same until it's too late.
So it's up to the players to pick themselves up and start showing some fight.

Again.

It's not like it's even a one-off. It's becoming the norm. Something needs to change if we're to stay up.

Astonishingly poor defending. Tarkowski wasn’t even in the same postcode as Maupay. Worse still he was stood off him for ages!

Make three changes immediately please.

Why do we wait - keep this as is and we’re just accepting the 1-0 loss.

Amateurish defending, not surprised they have scored and they are not a good team. I said many times before the season started that if we only have Cork and Westwood in midfield we would struggle: nothing has changed my mind, our ball retention is awful. Surely it's time to bring Lennon on? Oh, he is on!

It's not to do with Lennon it's because we don't have a leader on the pitch

Jeff Hendrick as the first sub on when losing 1-0 is an interesting one.

Wood and Barnes are doing nothing - we need to be bringing one of them off surely.
