One shot on target in the whole game - that’s all we need

Got me 5 points on Super Six that late Hendrick goal. :D it's a funny old game as they say.,still doesn't excuse the 91 minutes beforehand though.

Daylight robbery really, second best for most of the game.

But the sort of finish that only a 50 cap international could pull off :D

Hendrick is better than Lennon for us and although I rate Wood, I also rate Vydra and think he deserves a start.

I wonder if next week we'll try and pass the ball, after scoring a goal from the one time we did today

That stinking pile of turd football served up by us for 89 minutes was disgusting

I hope a few posters will review their earlier opinions.
A PL away point is gold dust, anywhere. We have 2 defeats, to 2 of the big 6.
Have a nice evening.

Good job Danny not sent back to Chelsea. That starting 11 needs competition for places.
SD is too loyal and leaves it late for subs
Wood is probably going to start again next game but he is a lucky boy-no other PL side will have started him every game like SD has

We need to get Hendrick signed up as until his goal we looked absolutely bereft of creativity, excellent assist from the forgotten man too

First 20 minutes Brighton didn’t have a kick, they were awful. We should have made our overwhelming pressure count - Wood was a touch away from 2 goals. We let them back into the game giving them a couple of half chances and a soft goal.

Is he disliked generally among Irish supporters?

I'd have thought he would be a dream player for Mick, being a workhorse who's willing to put in a shift!

Hendrick should play anyway. We get better results when he's in the team.

Well really good question i must say .
Now the Irish don't bitch as much as the English as a whole but still most don't think he is up to reading from comments on Irish web sites .
To be really honest i would say it would be 55% to 45 % who would want him to start every game .
As for me i will always say that the Clarets over paid for him as i think at the time he was worth around £4.5 million ,hey just what i think as he go's missing in games and is not my kind of player .
Many people will disagree with me but bottom line i don't rate him .

Well done Jeff Hendrick, who started the move, too a super Vydra flick back and buried it like Barnesy!

Also a thank you to Nick Pope for keeping them out.
