Showing how easy it is to juggle the Europa League and Premier League.

Certainly no excuses for them. Would be as much a shock as Norwich beating Man City.

Wheels well and truly coming off and how great it is to see. Jorge Mendes will be off soon and his disciples will follow.
The mortgage on them going down.

I said they’d struggle at the start of the season.

All the usual pundits were spouting them getting in the top 6.....not sure what they get paid for tbh.

As for the ones on here that don’t accept how we were affected last season....

They’re a good side and I don’t think they’ll be in the relegation mix to be honest. But their start goes to show how difficult it is to balance the two competitions even with their resources.

Apart from us they've had 4 tough games. I wonder how many points most of the bottom half will get away at Leicester and Everton and home to Utd and Chelsea

If they're still in bottom 6 come end of Oct then it might be fair to start knocking them

No win in first five is exactly where we found ourselves as well. They do have a lot more resource as well.

So we're all in agreement that it can be a struggle for some clubs to have European football commitments going on during the league season, especially if it's their first time, or first time for a while, being in there?

Weren't we told that 'Wolves are much better equipped to deal with the rigours of league and cup football than Burnley were last season' ?

Well done to them. Let’s hope continued participation results in them being relegated. As it probably would have for us.

This silly Europa league is taking its toll like it did with us last season and Everton the season before. You need a large experienced squad has the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea had last season to complete in the Premier league and play in the Europa. Getting knocked out early doors was a blessing for us, it is a burden on Wolves now they have progressed to the later stages
