Forum advice?

Hi just hoping for some tech help,i tried to log in to UTC from my home computer at the weekend,and was

to be met with a notice saying i had been banned permanently,after several unsuccessful attempts i gave up,this afternoon i've logged in manually from my workplace and had no problems,so clearly i'm not banned

i looked up the FAQ'S and wondered if delete cookies would solve the issue,has anyone else had the same problem,and would the above work or do you have alternative suggestions.

NOPE! i find one account is plenty,i have installed a new anti-virus software,but that shouldn't affect log-in's,i'm accessing other sites easily enough.

Sounds like someone using your IP address has been banned.

The username hasn’t been blocked so not sure why you have got such a message. Can you check it again and send me the message to admin at uptheclarets dot com.

I’m just wondering whether it could be the IP address.

Sorry yes it did mention the IP address,i can't check it just now but i'll try again later on when i'm at home.

I had the same issue previously when trying to log on at work. I just assumed it was down to the amount of idiots that I work with that post crap on here.

Just email the IP to us and we can sort that quickly

If you've logged in with it then no, but if you have a problem again with it just email the one you are using when it won't let you in.
