And Woody got off the mark. He’s a streaky striker. I’d expect more from him in the next few games.

I've been busy today so only saw the result and match report, sounds like just what the doctor ordered a comfortable home win,and Woody gets off the mark with a brace to top the day off,if Norwich don't rapidly improve their away form they'll soon find themselves in the bottom 3.

So that's 2 probable relegation rivals we've played at the Turf, and the aggregate score is 5-0,suggests we're back to our solid best.

3 things that I took from yesterday:

1) That was mixed football par excellence. We schooled the new boys with a mixture of skill and nous.

2) The staff in the BL reception (and club shop) were very kind and generous. My Mum was in the new disabled stand and became dehydrated and a bit distressed after the game. A very kind gentleman in the club shop directed me to the BL and they immediately gave me water, no questions asked.

3) Not particularly related to our game but there needs to be an 'umpires call' style margin of error on VAR offsides.

Proud to be a Claret.
