Pope - 7 excellent save from pukki and untroubled after that

Lowton - 8 includes one for laughing at Krul

Tarkowski - 7 minor blip letting in pukki first half but dominant after that

Mee - 8 didn't give them a sniff

Pieters - 8 more came down his side than Lowton's and he stood up to it all

Cork - 8
Westwood - 8 these two absolutely dominated midfield, good to see Westwood find some form. Hope he never takes another free kick like that though.

McNeil - 7 thought he tired a bit second half but it's another nice assist and he could have had more

Hendrick - 8 excellent from minute one, really set our tempo

Barnes - 7 all over Norwich from the off and could have had two spectacular goals

Wood - 8 two top finishes, his movement across the defender each time was superb. Exactly what we want from him.

Very comfortable this against Norwich City of the Championship. Huge lesson for them which they'll have to make sure they learn quickly if they're to survive this season. Hope they do as they're a decent club.

If anything they'll be using us as the blueprint. We showed today that we're a proper premier league team. Dominated them from the first whistle and they had no answer. Only gripe is we didn't score more. Nailed on pen that again questions the point of var.

Very good all through the team.
Not often we'll win a game so comfortably in this league.

Pope 8 - Made that big save against Pukki at 0-0.
Lowton 7 - Solid
Tarks 7 - Good game but mistake nearly put us 1 down
Mee 8 - Very solid today.
Peiters 7 - Solid

Hendrick 8 - Would have been a 9 this week if not for a few little errors. His pressing in the first 20 was a big contribution to us winning the game.
Westwood 7 - Currently our best centre mid.
Cork 6 - Decent game but not as good as Westwood.
McNeil 7 - Ran well with the ball, could have had two assists today as he laid another back to Wood later on in the game. He looks a bit different without Taylor behind him but he's still picking up assists and making chances and that's what matters.

Wood 8 - Took both goals well and worked hard, could have had a third if being overly critical.
Barnes 7 - Plus one for the penalty he should have been awarded.

A lot of teams in this league would have struggled to live with us in that first 20. A very good result and a reminder of how enjoyable we can be to watch when on form.

Was that big ugly goon of a centre half playing? The one with neanderthal looks and humpy back...fell out of the ugly tree at birth I guess....once dragged his knuckles up and down Ewood Park?
I'd send him off purely on the issue of looks.

Pope 7 Couple of times he should have come to claim the ball and stayed on his line.
Lowton 8 Solid
Tarkowski 7 other than early blip, he was solid enough

Pieters 9 thought he had a great game mom for me
Hendrick 8 ran, ran and then ran some more
Westwood 8 as Hendrick with the addition of quality corners
Cork 8 as Hendrick but ran a little slower, unlucky not to score
McNeil 8 gets a cross in when he has no right to do so.
Barnes 7 Usual Barnes display, enjoyed watching him and Wood yesterday
Wood 8 He's off the mark for the season, chased and harried.

Tarkowski 8-Rock solid with exception of early lapse of concentration that nearly let Norwich in.
Mee 8-Same as Tark, some partnership. Long may it continue.
Pieters 8-Reassuring presence in the back 4.
Hendrick 8-Had great opening 20 minutes, and overall one of his better performances
Westwood 8-Worked tirelessly
Cork 9*-I may be in the minority but I thought he was outstanding and my MOM.
McNeil 7-Seems to be forming a better understanding with Pieters. Good 1st half but faded
Barnes 7-Didn't give their defenders time to settle.
Wood 9-Very good all round game and the goals were certainly the 'icing on the cake'.
