Transcendental imaging

Transcendental Imaging:

'Articulating transcendental architectonic structure according to an architectonic reasoning of the transcendental pictorial context of the geometry of perspective, which is an intrinsic aspect of the pictorial condition'.

Here a newspaper page is contemplated as a pictorial matrix that has the potential to represent alternative architectonic imagery according to the geometry of perspective.

Whilst one may be able to construct an illusion of transcendental order, this does not prove anything other than suggest its possibility.

Nevertheless... Still quite a big discovery.

I've been away Ziz on a fact finding mission to Mars, I'm glad you're ready to take notes. :-)

I sent a postcard from outer space to uptheclarets but it must not have arrived. Here it is anyway:

I really like your artwork pstotto.

I’m not sure I always “get” the thinking behind it but it’s interesting nevertheless.

Thanks for sharing.

I think it is the "Spice" Rowls m8 that fuels the thinking.

I am on my mobile, so cannot see who starts the thread, only last post. I saw the title and thought 'there can only be one person who started this thread'.

Glad to say I wasn't disappointed !!!

When the end of the world is nigh, it will be people like pstotto who will make sense of everything!

Thanks Rowls and Aclaret. I wonder what response Picassington might have had if there were such a Burnley man relating cubism to Burnley fans around 1912... :D

Bosscat is obviously is a partaker of 'Spice' in order to offer his experienced opinion.

I haven't touched the stuff for over a year, it hasn't been around since it became illegal.

I agree with you, all my posts are entertaining, otherwise what's the point?

Stay off the 'spice' though, I don't think it's for you.

Certainly jigsaw-like. Perhaps that is the esoteric aspect of jigsaws and all the contemplation of visual matter in the process of making one.

I suggest it's almost like a 3D jigsaw, it could be related to string theory maybe.

The black lines are a technique of architectonic suggestion intended to operate like the black lines on vehicles that articulate the form via bonnet seals, door and window seals, or aeroplane sections etc. to create a transformer-type object out of imagining the 2D data field (the newspaper page) as race graphics livery on whatever the transcendental pictorial context of perspective may facilitate, regarding form depiction.
