Re: Dirty Leeds
If the referee heard it, and Casilla is found guilty, I hope the pointless fine isn't used as punishment. Losing him for a few games would hit them harder.

Re: Dirty Leeds
Forestieri got a 6 match ban, so can't see it being points, just either no punishment at all, or a 1-2 game ban.claretonthecoast1882 wrote:12 point deduction hopefully

6-8 games suspension is pretty standard.FactualFrank wrote:If the referee heard it, and Casilla is found guilty, I hope the pointless fine isn't used as punishment. Losing him for a few games would hit them harder.
Re: Dirty Leeds
If found guilty isn't it a minimum of a 6 games ban for Casilla

Re: Dirty Leeds
There's no indication in the BBC report that the ref heard it. It was reported to him (by a Charlton player) and he then included that player allegation in his report.
Pretty much like JRod/Bong as far as I can see isnt it? Needs investigating clearly but cant jump to conclusions.

Re: Dirty Leeds
Say what you like the football they play under Bielsa is superb.
More football in the first 45 minutes of this game than the whole of last nights dire stuff at Man United.
Man United should offer him any wage he wants to take over.

Re: Dirty Leeds
Second best footballing side in the Champ for sure. But not as attractive as Fulham's. Should be a cracker when those two meet.Rodleydave wrote:Say what you like the football they play under Bielsa is superb.

Re: Dirty Leeds
Only managed to see the 2nd half but what an advertisement for Championship football (not that I'm in any way advocating a return anytime soon hopefully). WBA were absolutely sublime with their approach play and deserve great credit.

Re: Dirty Leeds
I saw the second half last night and was surprised just how good West Brom were. Bilic seems to have completely transformed the team of also-rans from last season. Playing like that they look a very good bet for automatic promotion. One less place for our dear Neighbours to worry about!

Re: Dirty Leeds
4 points between 1st and 10th with some teams having played 9 games not 10. With Leeds, WBA, Fulham all playing good football and half a dozen or so others who could put a run together, this could be another very close season.
Re: Dirty Leeds
Another reason I am glad we aren't in that division anymore Frank m8 although on saying that it was great the last 2 seasons we were in itFactualFrank wrote:4 points between 1st and 10th with some teams having played 9 games not 10.
