Joao Felix and Kylian Mbappe might be the next two to pull away from the rest. Hopefully Sancho can as well.

Re: Who is the next big star in football?
If Grealish went overseas I think he'd blow minds. But he'll probably just stay at Villa.
Re: Who is the next big star in football?
Forget Messi and Ronaldos level. That just won't happen again.
There's a host of players scoring and creating more than the world class players of 15 years ago not getting much credit. The likes of Lewandowski, Bale, Aguero, Sterling.
Sterling I think has come on tremendously. He's probably at the level Ronaldo was in his last few years at United. But he's English. We don't like English players doing well.
Social media/tv also plays it's part. We can watch any match, any player every week. The excitement of getting a glimpse of seeing Zidane or Ronaldo on ITV in the CL also played it's part in making those guys great. Football is diluted some what I feel these days. If that Madrid side was around today with the likes of Zidane, Carlos, Figo, Ronaldo there won't be raved about as much as they were. We'd know they get beat of Getafe and Sociedad, don't win trophies. We only remember Zidanes volley, Ronaldos hat trick etc.

Haaland is the lad you're referring to,scored tonight just 4 minutes after coming off the bench,he looks a frightening prospect.gandhisflipflop wrote:Fahti (sp) and Charles Alena at Barcelona. That lad also who banged a hat trick in the CL other week. Can't remember his name.
