Two out of my four ‘transactions’ arrived today. Four tickets in ‘Gangway D’ and three in ‘Gangway B.’

Let’s see where the other two lots are seated!

Same here, 4 arrived today and the 2 I purchased 4 minutes later haven`t arrived yet. I`ll await judgement till they arrive, as I was assured that my 2 purchases would be bundled as 6 seats together,
Now, this is not a big problem to our specific group as 2 adults can just sit / stand together. But what if the 4 ticket only per basket scenario was a family with 4 or 5 kids or a single parent with 4 kids?

Or maybe the ticket office could put an ounce of effort and thought into the way they sell tickets.

It's a farce in there at times

Tin hat on, as I know theres several posters on here very well looked after.

But a little bit of organisations, will sort quite a few issues out, and improve a lot of fans match day experience.

It's quite simple and would take no time to sort at all

Tickets go on general sale online tonight at 5pm to ST holders (max 4 tickets per ST). That's if they haven't sold out before then.

All i want is a ticket its like a load of spoilt kids on here i swear been to every away game this season a part from Wolves
gripes me when an easy access one comes up and some genuine fans miss out should be calculated on away stubs these high demand games proper annoys me i couldn't care less who i am sat next to as long as i see the game
might even after get my mate who lives in Sheffield to get me one for the home end

They are still on sale mate. If you have more than 2000 points just get one.

You still need a season ticket though. Don't really agree with that rule tbh someone could have had a season ticket for 10 years and built up loads of points but without a season ticket they're worthless.

As some have discovered it should be changed to

Season ticket holders (maximum of one ticket per Clarets Number - but limited to 4)
Online: Thu 17th Oct at 5 p.m.
Ticket Office: Fri 18th Oct at 9:15 a.m.

General sale (maximum of four tickets per Clarets Number - but limited to 4)
Online: Mon 21st Oct at 9:15 a.m.
Ticket Office: Mon 21st Oct at 9:15 a.m

It`s not right though, like I said earlier, If you have husband, wife and 3 kids under 6 for example then why can you not buy 5 seats together??

I agree. It seems daft that if you have 5 friends & family listed and all meet the required points criteria that you can’t purchase all together.

I’m assuming if a single person went down to the ticket office with all the clarets numbers there wouldn’t be a problem

I spoke to the Ticket Office today and the system has now been re-set to allow up to 10 tickets to be purchased through F & F.

I booked mine on line on Monday and have not received yet
Rang ticket office this afternoon and was told they have had problems getting the tickets out
They checked o have ordered one and money taken and was told not to worry and should receive in next few days or contact them mid week
Ticket office very courteous and helpful as I always find them

Spoke to ticket office on Tuesday who said that 4 plus 2 would be sent out as a 6.
On Wednesday 4 tickets arrived.
As of today, no more tickets have arrived!

The point is that they normally arrive two days after ordering, so it's understandable that a number of posters were wondering if there was an issue as evidenced by the people posting about it above, they're here now so i'm sure every single claret is breathing a sigh of relief.
