The Mrs found them they are wire baskety tray thingys with 3 chains and they catch the bits dropped by the messy little buggers

Just asked her ... and she got them in poundstretcher in Burnley by TK Maxx (Its just closed down though)

Would be quite easy to make something similar or find online though m8

Slightly off-topic but still a kind of autumn picture (like Tarky's), I bought a Blades v. Burnley program at a collector's fair yesterday (£1 if anybody wants to buy it, I've read it now) and I can't guess the opposition team on the cover.

I thought it might be Leeds but they didn't concede at Bramhall Lane the season before. It looks like a mid-blue away strip and there's a dark line on the top of the socks. Any guesses?

Full house, so not a pre-season match. Their last home game of the previous season was Spurs but I don’t recognise anybody from the away side. They scored in their last 4 home games.

EDIT: Checking that seasons programmes the cover photo is from their previous home game.
That brings me back to Spurs. The guy pointing could be Steve Perryman, the blond guy could be Phil Beal and the CH Ray Evans.

Could be George Best doing the pointing but I don't recognise any others....not only my eyes are going but my memory too

Or if they are less than 2Mb you can post them direct from your library. Use the attachments button,it appears when you hit “full editor & preview”. It’s self explanatory.

My first impression was that it was Liverpool. Number 4 looks like Tommy Smith and that could be Keegan pointing in the foreground?

Steve, open 'Post Reply' below.

Click on 'Attachments'

Click on 'Add Files'

Find your picture and click 'Open'

Click on 'Place in line'

It is really as simple as that.

Frenchclaret, I agree 4 looks like Tommy Smith, but I thought the player pointing might be Peter Lorimer and the tall man on the right Paul Madely and Billy Bremne in the centre. Maybe it's Ispwich or leicester.

I'm going to see if I can see some squad pictures, to guess.

I'm with Keegan and the dejected looking Alec Lindsay next to the number six.

if it's Liverpool then the photograph would be from the 72-72 season as in 72-73 they lost 3-0 at home. Aslo, the player on the right is unfamiliar to Liverpool, it can't be Larry lloyd because of the hairline.
