"According to Mr Jamil’s versions of events Akhtar had called Mr Hussain fat, which prompted the victim to remark on how dark the defendant was."

I'm wondering if it was classed as a racist attack?

Imagine living in a country where people don't go to prison for stabbing others.

The legal system needs sorting out from top to bottom.

Mmmm....so Jamil try's goading the two into a fight ....Hussain "the victim " your not gonna fight me I knocked you out last week.at a guess I'd say the defendant was gonna get a good hiding off the three of em.... Still got a slap in the process. A victim of Bullying carrying a weapon. It could have ended worse.

I'm beginning to wonder if there's any point in law and the legal system these days.

They all claimed something different in the mess of an article so I won't try and work our what happened.

He shouldn't have the knife in public. If he is getting bullied off the lad. Stay away from him.

If 10-15 years ago I knew you could get away with stabbing someone if you was being bullied high school would’ve ended a lot differently for me, and for a few others as well.

Nothing to it really, just a bunch of lads fooling about. At the end of the day though, they should’ve made an example out of the one carrying a knife.

I thought the government were cracking down on this problem, he should’ve been given some time inside, just to be lesson to everyone else.
