We never win away at former league champions currently managed by a Scottish League winner

2-0 to them
If we get anything it will be brilliant.

Re: Leicester predictions...
It could go either way : either we hold out for an hour, let one in and then get thumped or we let one in after a few minutes and then get thumped.
Re: Leicester predictions...
0-0 with some stalwart defending from us.

Re: Leicester predictions...
Leicester are no better than Arsenal or Wolves, so I think this away game will go the same way. A good performance but just missing out by small margins. 1-0 Leicester.

Re: Leicester predictions...
Can't see anything but a defeat, unfortunately. Leicester are a very good side.
I think Rodriguez will play instead of Barnes...

Are we not a very good side?

We're not at the same level as Leicester, in my opinion.Spijed wrote:Are we not a very good side?
Hopefully we will get something from the game. It wouldn't be a shock....but I'm not expecting it.

Re: Leicester predictions...
Agree with this totally. Why do some think 3-0 to them when the only team to do that to us this season is Liverpool and they are far superior to Leicester? We played away to Arsenal (again a superior side) and we came away with a very unlucky 1-2 defeat. There is nothing about us or our defence that suggests a 0-3 or anything like it. I'm not suggesting a cake walk and we could well get beat but not by 3 goals - not the way we are playing. I'd be delighted with a draw.ClaretRock wrote:Don't see anything to suggest we get thumped. Both teams are in good form. They have a bit more quality but we have grit organization and a never say die attitude. I can see it being tight, with it going either way by one. Have some faith those saying 3-0 must be expecting us to have a very bad game not in line with our current form.

Tek a point all day long.
Cant see though, sadly, they'll probably have too much for us.
But yer never know!
Come on Burnley!

Re: Leicester predictions...
Games after the international break are invariably difficult to predict
but there's some hope that we might get something out of this game.
Much depends on how we start and whether we can keep it fairly tight in the first half.
If we manage to do that then you never know. We might just get a result.
A draw would be a good result and we'd need to be at our very best for a win.

Re: Leicester predictions...
Apologies if already mentioned, but we were the first team to win at the Walkers - on 19 October 2002.
