Seen it so many times I think I could turn off the sound and give the same commentary. Still wonderful though. Wade must be one of the most popular players in our history and before anyone says anything I know that's a very bold statement to make.

I honestly don't mind the 'new' threads on this every time it's on......one the best (if not the best) games I've ever attended.

Incredibly emotional day and a perfect end to an amazing season leading to something I never thought I would witness in my lifetime watching this club.

The atmosphere at the semi final away leg at Reading was exceptional.

Particularly when the goals went in. :D

I agree, best away game I’ve been, the buzz in the second half was as if we all knew we were going to win promotion

Agree, what a fantastic night.
Seeing the Reading fans looking at the Wembley seating plan in the boozer before the game, I just knew it would be our night.

Watched the final in 2 different internet cafes and finally an Irish pub here in Hiroshima. 2009 was not quite yet internet and world streaming heaven! I can recall drinking about 3 pints of Guinness in the last 10 minutes then let out a roar of joy at the final whistle. It was pretty much the first time the good people of Hiroshima had ever heard of Burnley FC.
