Begum ‘risk of hanging’

Post by Blackrod » Tue Oct 22, 2019 1:56 pm

If her citizenship is stripped so say her human right vermin lawyers. A four day hearing taking place at the Special Immigration Appeals Commission. The only people who will benefit from her coming back are her family and her lawyers. The rest of the country won’t.

We all benefit from the laws protecting our humans rights being adhered to and not ignored or broken when the circumstances are uncomfortable and extreme ones

Friendly reminder that we're talking about someone who made a bad decision as a child. But sure, signal your virtue by stating how happy you'd be to see someone killed for committing a crime as a minor.

These people suggesting Begum was old enough to know what she was doing are the same ones saying Greta Thunburg is too young to know what she's doing and is being used as a puppet by adults.

These people suggesting that 16 year olds should have the vote, are exactly the same people who say you can't question St Greta because she's a child.

Mate if you want someone to be hanged because of something they did when they were 15 then that's your right. I understand.

Literally no one is suggesting you can't question Greta because of her age.

A fair point, but her initial mistake was made at 15, she then remained in the company she was in which would of course have an impact on what she did and how she viewed things.

She needs appropriate action taking against her but letting her go to Bangladesh where she will face the death penalty is not right.

Why don't you move to Bangladesh and try to change their views on punishment?

Even at those ages i don't think she should be hanged.

No one is saying she shouldn't be punished, but hanged is definitely across the line.

Unfortunately we can't know for sure that she herself decided that since she has been denied due process.

If she wasn't too young, she would have a mental health issue or have had a poor family life.

Either way, a feeble but feasible excuse will be found to bring the toerag back to the bosom of her beloved UK !!!!!

Let the law of the land out there deal with her as they see fit - it's sweet FA to do with us now imo.

Interesting timing. Boris needs to "get Brexit done" and if he can't, wants a GE. Just on this thread alone I can see s direct correlation between Brexiteers and those who want her hanged.

Saving her life and letting her back is definitely going to go down badly with his pro-Brexit voters.

And btw, i was parodying a racist presenting a clearly racist opinion, and you caid "Correct. Glad you agree". So you agreed with a statement that, if serious, was racist. And it's not clear to me that you know it wasn't serious, and if you agreed with it, not knowing it wasn't serious, then you are clearly racist.

Are you sure about that?

If she is cremated there will be CO2 generated. If she's buried, possibly methane? If she's kept alive of course she will use energy and probably produce some more children. Perhaps you are right afterall.
Can’t understand why extinction rebellion haven’t suggested it.
A mass suicide by their members perhaps? Now that would be impressive.

The only and I truly mean the only reason she wants to come back is that the caliphate has been temporarily disbanded. Once it finds a new foothold she will be back off to fight like the rest of them.

You are being truly naive if you think otherwise.

That’s a really great idea, it would help climate change and reduce drug dealers profits.

How do you know all this?

I agree that she probably wants to come back for safety reasons, not to mention that her family is here, but don't know what her future thoughts are. It could well be she's made a massive error of judgement when she was 15, and like other 15 year olds who make mistakes, we like to give them another chance. We should do so in this case unless there is any evidence that she truly is an individual who is or will be a danger to the rest of us.
