Re: ARTICLE: Second Burnley game of the season for Oliver
His most recent Premier League game was Crystal Palace’s 2-1 win at Arsenal three weeks ago in which there were five yellow cards which went to West Ham trio Ryan Fredericks, Andriy Yarmolenko and Sebastian Haller along with Palace duo Joel Ward and Christian Benteke.
Wow that is one hell of an achievement for Michael and Arsenal.

I went to Sean's Q&I in Earby last night. When asked who was the best ref, he unhesitatingly replied that it is Michael Oliver

Always been my one big concern with him, too eager at times to be the star of the show.MACCA wrote:Oh dear, big club AND on TV. This could be the Michael show.

Very true hes up there in the top 3 or 4, and I know he isnt biased, but doesnt seem to like Burnley much, we dont seem to get the same sort of results we do with the likes if Dean or Atkinson in charge.claretonthecoast1882 wrote:There are lot worse than him out there
Oliver aways seems to be in the limelight when reffing us, I'd much rather not notice the ref, however seems Oliver makes sure everyone notices him and that he's in charge.
