So we were completely outplayed and yet we created more better quality chances than they did...Barnes missed 2 excellent chances and Jay another one. Everything they touched went in.

The shirt is yours until you do stop performing well enough to keep it or get injured. Dyche doesn't do 'better' players. That's the point of us having competition in the squad.
Possibly but I'm not sure that if say Mee or Tarkowski had been out injured or suspended that they wouldn't be straight back in the team when available?

Chelsea bossed the midfield. After the 4th Chelsea took the foot of the pedal and strolled the last 20 minutes.
Did you actually attend the game?

We Still haven’t replaced the quality of Ward in his prime for us imho
If we're going to nitpick about assists it was Taylor's run down the left which won us the corner we scored from against Everton. Pieters first "assist" against Southampton was basically a clearance he wellied downfield which ended up falling to Barnes, it wasn't exactly intentional.

Wouldn’t say facts are nitpicking, Taylor has 1 assist in 50 premier league games, Pieters has 3 assists in 10 for us, same as McNeil, google premier league stats if you don’t believe me. Also winning a corner isn’t an assist.

Sorry to be pedantic but I didn’t , I still rate Ward higher than both due to his passing, crossing and distribution, not losing the ball etc.

Taylors link up play with McNeil was fundamental in our survival last season. Pieters doesn't offer the same going forward as Taylor who made a massive contribution to our Premier league survival. Taylor is also a better defender than Pieters, although I get why Dyche has played Pieters it has improved McNeils game no end

this
Taylor and McNeil were a fluid partnership playing off each other.

Taylor surely must have his shirt back now?
