A quick goal for us in the 2nd half .... Just you watch UTC

There is always hope.

Well another team who have benefited through our shambolic passing, played well and efall to show for it

Clinical edge at both ends of the pitch is costing us again against the very best sides, no coincidence the two home games against two of the best three sides this season have seen us giving the ball away for 3 goals. The intensity and need for concentration is huge.

Lampard is doing a fine job to be fair.

Not good enough ... not premier league standard.

Strong jaw totally out of the window today. This lot are not as good as everyone’s been making them out to be, we should be getting a result based on the performance of both sides, but if you’re going to make mistakes at both ends like we have done today...

Now that’s an embarrassing comment...

We are premier league 7th and below standard

You can’t make mistakes against teams in the top 6 but we have played well in parts

it's not a bad performance, just a couple of bad moments. Sadly bad moments cost games

Jay has offered little and Barnes, despite putting himself about and some reasonable movement, hasn’t been particularly effective.

Our passing has been the biggest issue, both in terms of the mistakes but also losing possession too readily.

Not a poor performance by any means but plenty room for improvement.

Deflection off Mee for the second or it was a pea roller to Nick Pope.

We’ve played some good football today, but Chelsea are that much better than us. This Chelsea team could go on to big things if Frank gets to keep them together, very talented and it’s good to see “youngsters” getting a chance. Make no mistake, Chelsea are a good team, best I’ve seen this season at Turf.

This is much like the Liverpool game where they get in front and it becomes very difficult. Both games 2 nil at ht with the only difference being 2 errors today and the Liverpool one was a scabby deflection and an error.

We have played well though. Very positive on the whole...

Silly mistakes aside there were plenty of promising moments, but we are looking a bit toothless up top. Jay struggling to get into it. Barnesy doing his thing and putting himself about.

Great attacking football from Burnley, their deflection went in and ours didn't.

Barnes missed a few sitters, he only had to jump a little for the last one.

Both of their goals have come from the same position, on the edge of the final third in our half, both poor decisions where Burnley were closed down whilst making poor passing choices and were punished.

If Burnley's tactics are as a pressing team and that is their expertise, SURELY they must be wise to that strategy against them, but not on this performance.

5/10 so far, although their play has been good, going forward.
