Lampard looks to have a very good squad at his disposal especially with those players unavailable to him yesterday. He certainly hasn't had to work his way up from the bottom in his brief managerial career so I hope he doesn't resort to transfer embargo excuses if/when results don't go his way.

A very fair report, a pity, we played some decent football but mistakes made it easy for Chelsea.

It was, in some ways, a strange one to write. We had, at times during the game, played some good football but the bottom line was that with 85 mins on the clock we were 4-0 down.

A couple of things about Lampard annoyed me, but guess it's too late and little point bothering about it now. Us scoring twice and the penalty decision. There's something about me though that is making me change my views on him since when he was at Derby.

It might be very 2 very small things, but to me it spoke volumes about him, but maybe it's down to experience.
I recall Lampard on the pitch at Leeds on reaching the play-off final with Derby. You’d have thought they were promoted. Always comes across as a bit arrogant to me.

I'm glad it's not just me. When the penalty decision (with his team currently 4-0 up) went against him after VAR he was shown shaking his head and smiling. You're 4-0 up pal, just accept it. And then he lacked any respect of the fact that we fought back and scored twice, with just.. "It wasn't a 4-2 game".

He just came across a bit of a pathetic person. And his forehead is massive :D
