Cup games on tv tonight

Well actually, there aren't any.

Instead they've gone for two games on the same night, Wednesday, which are Liverpool v Arsenal & Chelsea v Man U.

We can watch premier league clubs play each other every week, I'm pretty sure that I could have picked a preferable fixture out of tonight's games:

Burton vs Leicester
Crawley vs Colchester
Everton vs Watford
Manchester City vs Southampton
Oxford vs Sunderland

Pathetic from Sky.

I'd still rather watch that than trundling out the usual suspects.

Definitely wanting Colchester to win that game, beat Palace away and Tottenham at home to get to this round and John McGreal as manager.

It isn’t about what you want to watch, what most football want to watch and isn’t about what game will be the best. It’s simply what games will have the most viewers and thus produce the most advertising revenue. If that’s 2 premier league clubs playing each other then so be it. That’s all Sky/Bt/(insert conglomerate) here care about

All the games are on my I p T v which I'm quite surprised about.
I didn't think league cup games got covered abroad like the premier league.

Looks a full house at Goodison. Fair play, I don't think we would ever sell out against Watford in the 4th round of a cup.

They’ve all gone on to wave bye bye to Silva.

It’s not a bad film to be fair. Especially if you don’t see the twist coming.

Everton are a really well supported club, both home and away. During the week when we played Wigan pre- season on a Saturday and took around 900 fans, they took 9,000 fans for their friendly there.

Liverpool - Arsenal kickoff at 7.30pm with Chelsea - Man U at 8.05pm. So I guess you can watch the majority of the first half and then turn over (and back at 8.50pm), depending on how each game is going.

Tommy Doyle made his senior debut last night,he'll be one to watch in the coming years,he's the grandson of Mike Doyle and Glyn Pardoe, him and Foden dominated the midfield last night, albeit Southampton were parking the bus for the 90 minutes.

Pep again taking the EFL Cup seriously naming a strong 11 even with the changes.

He does, I agree. However, it is difficult to know what would constitute a weak team!

Glad I wasn't the only one baffled by that decision.
I found some links online last night, and bein sports (French sport broadcaster) had 4 games live last night.

Burton, Oxford, Man City and Everton.. yet over here in the UK we had not a single game on Sky Sports.

Penalty given very cheaply to MU. Scored by Rashford.

James threw himself into the path of Alonso, who was close behind. No other intention than to get himself in Alonso's path and get the bump.

Gary Neville saying definite pen. I say obvious cheating.
