I've just finished Dave Thomas's biography of Bob Lord ( highly recommended, by the way ).

That was by no means Bob Lord's first appearance before the local magistrates in connection with his butchery business.

Getting sick of this. Down to 7th now. This is pathetic. We need to get rid of Potts NOW and buy some decent players !!

Just about to go into November, a draw at the bottom club and there is no real suggestion at this stage of what's to come.

He wouldn't be allowed to trade under today's standards. How things change.
