Can't see Wood playing if this is the case. And Bardsley has spent most of this week in London according to his Instagram so doubt he's going to make it either.

I thought, at first, that it said that Bardsley was suffering from a Right back !!!!

I always feel that if a player isn't fit on a Thursday there is no way under Dyche that he would be appearing on a Saturday. The injury to JBG sounds quite severe and I'm just wondering if it will be December at the earliest before he's in contention again.

Reading between the lines I expect team to be Pope Liston Tarks Mee Pieters ( should be Taylor)Brady Cork Westwood McNeil JRod and Barnes. Wood for JRod if fit

I hope wood is fit but cant see it, i thought we definitely missed him against Chelsea, his strength and hold up play would have caused them more problems.

What's wrong with Hendrick? Have I missed something? Can't see him being dropped if he is fit.

Has any player declared to be "touch and go" by Dyche in his pre-match press conference actually started for us in the following days?

Touch and go has generally meant no chance of playing.

Yeah thought so. Wonder why he keeps using it? Sure opposition managers have cracked the code by now

That is really bad news if he’s unavailable. He is our best striker.

Saving grace is that it’s an away game; if he can’t play Saturday then we need him fully fit for West Ham.

I was thinking the same thing. It would be interesting to see a stat of the average length of time the player has been out injured following SD saying that, and how many players have/haven't featured in the following game.

I’m not sure we played as badly as the score line last weekend, we did OK. Perform that well again against Sheff Utd and I think we’ll get a result whatever personnel are on the pitch

Swap Liston for Ali and that'd be a `knockout` side...

I'll get me coat.

Edit; should've read further before replying... :?

Given his position on diving, Sonny Liston would never be in a Sean Dyche side.

If Wood is “ touch and go” I’d imagine Liston himself has more chance of starting and he’s been dead 50 yrs!

Barnes was touch and go last week.

Hendrick will be in the team on the right side of midfield rather than Lennon.
