Got em!

Post by Terrier » Fri Nov 01, 2019 11:09 am

Tickets to see Diana Ross next year, sat on computer at 9am , pressed the button for the tickets straight away and was kept waiting in a queue for
what seemed an age.
We have seen most of the other Motown greats, stevie wonder etc but I thought we had missed the boat with this one as she is now around 76,
possibly past her best but could not turn the chance to see her preform.

Huge fan myself, Diana Ross and the Supremes album actually playing in my Kitchen whilst I'm 'working' away

Will be past her best but I went to watch Frankie Valli earlier this year who must be well into his 80's, he was brilliant.

Just hope she isn't taking a penalty as part of her act.

I fancied a pizza last night so I ordered a thin and crusty supreme. Imagine my surprise when Diana Ross turned up.

I did a similar thing for a comedian's gig next year. I was tapping F5 at 11am sharp and I think I was still something like 70th in the queue the millisecond they were available.

Envious of you. Well done. I genuinely don't think The Supremes ever made a bad record and I say the same for The Four Tops. Diana Ross had one of the most distinctive voices of the 60's. Hope you enjoy it.
