If I’m drinking in the one pub and the bitter is reyt, I’ll get on that.

If I’m at footy and having a wander, start with lager tops. Then progress to straight later when I get brave.

Tribute or Ghostship or Mosaic in the winter months. A variety of lagers when the sun is shining, depends what is available.

On a side note, I'm getting a little fed up now when I order my "Strongbow please", its followed up with "Darkfruits?" From the barstaff... erm no, I said Strongbow, not Darkfruits.

When people order a Fosters/Carling etc, do the bar staff ask shandy, or lime top, or just pour the pint?
( genuine question as I don't do poor lager )

"Darkfruits?" is the usual response by the bar staff

In my local it depends if I am out with the Mrs or post Footie...

If I am out with the Mrs its her tipple of Choice 1st (usually a Merlot unless she is driving to a function or similar

)

If its post Footie then me 'n the Brother will have the same ... Doom Bar on draught (if its not on then what ever is on in a reasonable Hand Pulled Pint)
