Leeds v QPR Shirts
Leeds v QPR Shirts
When did it become compulsory for the away team to wear their ‘away’ kit? It used to be a 2nd kit to be worn when there was a shirt clash. Yesterday both teams were wearing strips that were very difficult to differentiate and their main strip would have resolved the issue

Marketing.
Sides generally wear the away shirt whenever possible now.

Madness. I posted last week about a Burton game, both sides in shirts with black sleeves and black shorts, but the Leeds match was worse. All white against all pale blue. QPR would know the Leeds strip so this could have been a ploy?

If it was, it didn't work
Re: Leeds v QPR Shirts
Just spoken to a Leeds fan who was at the game,he said the away shirts were so pale it was difficult to tell the difference from a distance, interestingly he went on to say it's a good job their second choice keeper didn't play as he's colour blind which would have been a big problem.

Wow that is ridiculous.
QPR home kit would have been far more sensible.

The easy answer is sponsorship and money. Pure and simple.

It’s Bamford. You can just see his violin case under his left arm and tear stained hankie in his right.cricketfieldclarets wrote:That must be old footage. It must be Wood at Leeds, He is offside.
