I think he meant an english international
Re: McNeil
De Bruyne and perhaps Alexander-Arnold probably the only two I can think of that are in his league in terms of delivery.

Re: McNeil
Superb footballer. Such a shame the Wood header was disallowed a finer cross you will not see this weekend.

Re: McNeil
He looked happy to have Taylor back but it’s a special day when all 11 turn up.

Re: McNeil
The whip and curl he gets on his crosses, must be a dream for strikers and a nightmare for defenders. As soon as he picks that ball up and runs at them, you always feel like something could happen. I would be gutted if we let him go, he is such a creative outlet for us.

Re: McNeil
The best thing we can hope for is that he gets himself into the England squad next summer for the Euros.Vegas Claret wrote:well he stuck another few million on his price tag today for sure, enjoy him whilst we can
If he does that, then given his age, and that he's English you would have to be talking £50+ million.

Re: McNeil
Hopefully we’ll get a year or two more out of him. Inevitably one of the big clubs will sign him.burnleymik wrote:The whip and curl he gets on his crosses, must be a dream for strikers and a nightmare for defenders. Re: McNeil
The balls he was digging out today even in tight areas under pressure - world class. Was shut out totally last week and Burnley created nothing, this week he shines and we’re creating chances at will. Special player for this team.
