Carlisle United

Post by lakedistrictclaret » Wed Nov 13, 2019 8:40 pm

Steven Pressley sacked at Carlisle.

Guess who is second favourite with the bookies. ( clue: he tells lies )

Favourite is Gavin Skelton, Helen Skelton's brother.

And to think that Pressley was next in line when Dyche got the Burnley job. Surely they won’t appoint him.

If I had to choose someone off Paddy Power's fairly extensive list, I'd choose (outsider) Kevin Nolan. He did really well at Notts County for several seasons.

If the second favourite gets it they will end up in the ghetto.

Nor would Bolton, Wigan, Blackburn, Houston Dynamo* Ross County

*he couldn't relegate Houston as there is no relegation from the MLS.

Apart from relegating (or being sacked for almost relegating, or leaving before relegating) these clubs, everyone should be grateful to Owen for being Owen. Top man :D :D :D

I remember him saying he was leaving us for a club that was10 years ahead of Burnley FC... well 10 years on where are Bolton and Owen.....

SAY NO MORE :D

Mr Coyle (to you) is a God fearing man and relies a great deal on divine intervention. He comes in for too much stick in my opinion, after all we tasted our first taste of PL football (that makes me laugh considering it is the same thing we spent donkeys years in) because of Saint Owen. He is an honest, hard working, decent bloke who wants nothing more than to be loved. He doesn't need a Catholic basher criticising him and being all unfair like.

Now, let's discuss the terms of your surrender and subsequent punishment, you know it makes sense Mr Boss. The Pope has assured me he will be as lenient as he can within the terms of Vatican law. Apparently Gabriel has had a word and it seems you can be forgiven pending certain painful punishments - a full season watching Blackburn Rovers has been muted by God apparently (including away games).

I am off ... my m8 Adama Ibrahim from Nigeria is going to help me ....

I got an email from him this morning.... Sod you buggers on here... I am rich as Croesus now thhhppppptttt to the lot of ya.

Dear partner,

It is with trust and confidence that I make this urgent and important business proposal to you. I am Mr. Adamu Ibrahim, Chief Accountant with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation NNPC Nigeria. I have been assigned by my colleagues to seek for a foreign partner for the transfer of the sum of US$55,500,000.00 (Fifty-Five Million, Five Hundred Thousand United State Dollars) for the benefit of both of us. This money arose from deliberate over invoicing of contracts awarded by my Corporation in 2008.

We have been safeguarding this money since then, waiting for an appropriate time when the money can be transferred into a safe foreign account for safe keeping pending our arrival for sharing and utilization with owner of the account. Now, the Presidency has ordered that all debts owed Foreign Contractors by the past Government should be paid immediately. On the strength of this order, we wish to take advantage of it to present you or your company as one of the contractors being owed by the government as the contractor of this contract fund of USD55. 5 MILLION with our Corporation*NNPC*.

Also, be noted that i have gone into a serious three days praying and fasting for searching for well reliable and trustable person to hand handle this transaction for its logical conclusion for our mutual benefits. It, is very urgent to write you by sending this business proposal to you due to the trust i have in you.

Meanwhile, we have agreed that the money will be shared thus: 80% will be for me and my two other colleagues. And 20% will be for you for providing all the necessary assistance for the successful payment of this fund to you as a contractor for the benefit of both of us.

Note that the nature of your business is irrelevant to this transaction as all arrangements have been concluded for a successful and hitch-free transaction.

Also note that this money is still in the suspense account of our Corporation NNPC, with the bank waiting for payment to contractor.

Therefore you will required to provide to me urgently the important information as I stated below to enable us put claims and invoice the payment on your favor as a Contractor/Beneficiary of the contract fund with our corporation, NNPC, for immediate payment to you by the Bank.

1. Your full name and address,

a. Your Private Telephone, Mobile and Fax numbers.

2. Name of your company and address, telephone and fax numbers “if any".

3. Name of your bank and address, telephone and fax numbers.

4 Your Account Number where the fund will be transferred into.
a. Account name.

b. Telex/Swift Code Numbers “if any"

c. IBAN
d. Routing number

Note that we have taken measures to ensure that there is no risk involved on both parties. We have estimated that this transaction will be concluded within 14 working days upon receipt of your acceptance to this my proposal letter.

Note that this transaction required the utmost Trust, Confidentiality and Urgency.

Further details will be explain to you if you do not understand me as soon as I receive your acceptance mail on my proposal business letter to you for the immediate payment of the fund to you as a contractor for the benefits of both of us.

Thanks for your co-operation and kind assistance.

Yours truly
Adamu Ibrahim
