Bob Blakeborough - RIP
Sad news, former director Bob Blakeborough has passed away at 75. Played an instrumental part in bypassing Frank Teasdale and getting Barry Kilby into the club. Nice man, my thoughts are with his family and friends.

Re: Bob Blakeborough RIP
Sad news indeed. Known Bob from way back when he first became a director and used to frequent the Old Bridge Inn in Barrowford. R.I.P. Bob.

He was one of the directors when I worked at the turf mid 90s. One of the nicer more approachable guys. Sad to read of his passing. RIP Bob

Re: Bob Blakeborough - RIP
Pa Beamish had a lot of interactions with Bob with the Burnley Independent Pool League, back in the day. He said Blakeborough was a sound bloke.
Re: Bob Blakeborough - RIP
RIP Bob, he was a good friend of mine during the early 90s when he lived in Roughlee.
We had many a night drinking, talking and playing Spoof.
My thoughts go to his family. Sorry for your loss, he was a great bloke
