whilst I'm sure some of you won't appreciate the music, someone has put this video together of their defensive play - these two are quality !

Enjoyed that...thanks. Bam bam bam ba bam :D

Possibly the best centre half pairing we`ve ever had? No doubt the moon-landing viewers will beg to differ ;)

The best part of our team. Would rate them in the top 3 in the Prem and they are close to the best.
Keep getting better too. Interesting in the comments section how many non Burnley fans seem to have responded.

Absolutely immense. When these two are on their game, which is most of the time, they are pretty formidable.

You just have to look at the likes of David Luiz playing regularly for Arsenal and then compare to our centre backs. We are blessed that’s for sure...

Had my haircut yesterday in Manchester, by an Arsenal fan. He said ‘your Number six is brilliant’.

One of the reasons why we are doing well. The back 5 now are the base that sets up the team. They may make the odd error but I would not swap these 2 for any other CB pairings in the prem.

Not just Mee and Tarks but the whole back four yesterday showed how disciplined they are (yellow cards aside). The amount of times Watford were in the box and our back four didnt rush into a challenge was unreal. Just stayed on their feet as if to say shoot I will just block it. So many other sides would have given away a penalty or two yesterday with rash challenges or over reaching trying to get the ball off mainly Delofou. Unbelievable how calm and collected our lads our when we are in our own box. So much work must go into this on the training ground. Also feel this is where both Bardsley and Taylor are better than Pieters and Lowton.
