Benefit Capital, why not?
Why not have a benefit capital where if you're on benefit you go and live there? The irony is that if the unemployed had to create themselves (paid for), then there wouldn't be any unemployment.
Pick a nowhere place, Isle of Sheppey. They all go and live there, but SOMEBODY has to build the city from scratch, make the windows and doors, put food in the shops and mind the store etc.

Fortunately I’ve never needed benefits but some aren’t as fortunate.
