Football on amazon
I pay about £70 a year for some amazon related media thing and prime.
I have the amazon app on my phone which I use to listen to music.
I have the amazon app on my xbox through which I can watch films and tv shows etc
Some films though, whilst listed, aren't watchable without renting.
Can I watch the boxing day football within my current subscription? Or is it pay per view?
I'll be on the turf tuesday so I can't test it.
Ta.

If you’ve a Prime subscription you can watch the game
There are games on Wednesday next week (including the Mersey derby) to that will be a test to see how well it works

I didn't realise there were wednesday games.... I thought all games were kicking off at the same time and you had the choice of what to watch...(that is a thing, isn't it?)

Re: Football on amazon
Is it expected that Amazon will bid for more games next season over BT/Sky?
If so, I wonder if more pubs will get it.

There’s only the 2 games on Tuesday - ours and Palace v Bournemouth, then 6 Wednesday (all 7:30 ko except the derby at 8:15) then final 2 on Thursdayduncandisorderly wrote:I didn't realise there were wednesday games.... Cheers wilks. But all are being streamed, am I right? So if I was insane I could stay at home and watch Palace v Bournemouth instead.

I think it’s two on Tuesday (different kick offs), seven on Wednesday and one on Thursday.duncandisorderly wrote:I didn't realise there were wednesday games.... I thought all games were kicking off at the same time and you had the choice of what to watch...(that is a thing, isn't it?)

Re: Football on amazon
It's a pain in the arse when we have to kick off at 8-15 just for their benefit!
I shall probably arrive home at around 2o'clock in the morning, provided that the A1 does not have any overnght closures which would result in a detour of around 50 miles. Have to be up early next morning for an important meeting at 9 o'clock before driving to Shropshire --thank you Amazon!

Re: Football on amazon
Daft question but can you pause a live game on Amazon. Going to be late back from somewhere for the Tuesday game and might miss the KO but wondering if the Mrs could pause it for me?
