It's a stretch to call the fried bread"two pieces" just because it's been cut in half. Should we be grateful the beans weren't counted individually? Tinned food count, anyone?

If you get the leanest bacon and sausages you can and grill them instead, a fry up (or maybe grill up) is a very healthy meal.
