One of the best things you can eat nowadays, as nobody fry's their food anymore.

Apart from bacon and sausage.
Beans-very good for you
Tomatoes-very good for you
Egg-very good with protein
Mushrooms-good sauce of Vit D
Black pudding-super food

That is an incredibly cheap heart attack. And with the cashback offer, you can have one for free.

Yeah, but without the bacon and sausage all you've done is turn a good fried breakfast into a shite fried breakfast.

Butchers specials, both grilled.

It's 80% good for you. Can't be bad.

I see you dropped the fried bread. Can’t remember when I last had any.

I’ll stick with my porridge.

Could always go to the Blackburn store, eat your fill and then walk it off with a good brisk trek to
Bollywood for the match at 1 o'clock.

It's a stretch to call the fried bread"two pieces" just because it's been cut in half. Should we be grateful the beans weren't counted individually? Tinned food count, anyone? ;)

If you get the leanest bacon and sausages you can and grill them instead, a fry up (or maybe grill up) is a very healthy meal.
