Been some absolute shockers over the years but Robbie Williams surely has topped the worst Christmas album ever with his latest offering...the lyrics sound like they have been written by a four year old.....he must be down to his last 50 million absolute bilge from him, currently album of the week on radio 2,if you like your ears give it a miss.

most music specifically with christmas as a theme is usually awful, whether it be albums or those hideous singles from 70,s 80's that are played endlessly on radio stations. Just no escaping them. slade and that driving home for christmas are two particular vomit inducing examples.

Lads I've done a few cover versions of the Bing Crosby classics. Hoping to get something released in the run up to Christmas.

Do you reckon you could reproduce Phil Spector's album with a cast of locals, Millertime?

And a total coincidence that their album is on the adverts whilst “I’m a celebrity” starring their son is on the telly.
Absolutely obscene.
Xmas is ****.

Kamara has a Christmas Album?
Unbelievable.

Its a joke that these no-hopers like Kamara and Kemp can get publicity, they can't even sing. Meanwhile I might be stuck on George Square with a little stall selling CD-R's over Christmas if I cant get a distribution deal tied up before 15th December. What a world we live in lads. It's getting more uneven and unfair by the day. In the end it's the listeners that suffer, being denied of true talent in favour of some z-list celeb. I despair.

Jesus wept I thought the Kamara album was a wind up no “ Kammy” is indeed riding high in the charts ! Though it does go to show that with the uber super digital technology in music auto tune, they can literally mix a howling cat into a catchy tune . That celeb X factor being a prime example I saw about 20 mins of one and they all mimed ultra auto-tuned tracks mixed to with an inch of their lives

I wasn't going to bother with it anyway Steve (unlike your good self) but now I'm certainly not. Heard one song on Jonathan Ross a couple of weeks ago and that was enough to persuade me to give it a swerve. As I commented to my wife at the time 'he's scraping the barrel here'.

It seems Robbie has competition for Xmas number 1,even Peppa Pig is getting in on the act.

Absolutely. Anything produced by Spector during the wall of sound era deserves a damn good listen.

Robbie (talentless oik) Williams has now equalled the record for most no 1 albums as a solo artist.
He equals Elvis Presley.
I’m shocked, stunned, nay -appalled that they can even be mentioned in the same conversation.

Doubt he’s skint mate, he’ll still be getting royalties from all that shite he did in the early Take That days. And Angels will probably keep him going for the rest of his life.

I'm not doubting he isn't short of a quid but I'd be surprised if he earns much from royalties from early Take That records.

He'll be minted from that bud. Barlow will get the bulk as the writer but the others will still get recording royalties which for a group like Take That will be substantial. And royalties from every time an old clip appears on TV, as well as money ringing up every time a single is played on the radio. If the contract was sound, which by that period it probably would have been he never needs to work again. The days of bands becoming famous and being skint at the end because of dodgy contracts I think were pretty much finished by then. I wouldn't mind being a million quid worse off than him anyway.
