Hello all innit good to have the old UTC back up and running ..... cheers to the IT guys for sorting it out from BC here in (not so) sunny Long Preston.
Got a conundrum for our UTC boffins...
We found this in a cupboard in our village school a while ago and I was asked if I knew what it was....
Its got a removeable metal body (with close fitting lid) that only fits in one position due to the lug on one side. It can be tilted through 90 degrees as seen by the scale on the side. It has three tiny holes at 90% to each other (but not opposite) that are countersunk?.

What does the raised text say? Does it have any other text on it or under its base?

Its a manufacturers name and they haven't a clue either...... nothing in their records.

i think it was used to teach people the correct angle for tipping beans from a can to make perfect beans on toast.
