Chelsea transfer ban lifted
Chelsea have won their appeal with the Court of Arbitration for Sport and can now sign players from January.

Their young ones have come on great while they couldn't sign anyone, step backwards for them if they just spend, spend, spend now.

I'm not sure that helps Frank Lampard.
The ban meant reduced expectation and pressure so that he could play the kids.
Now regular service has been resumed I'd not be surprised to see that change.
On a more personal note, it may give them even more reason to offload DD.
