that's 10 goals conceded in two and a half games, Westwood is being seriously missed

Re: Nottingham lukewarmspurts Versus MIGHTY CLARETS
Fully agree. Dyche can only work with what he has got. The lineup today was probably the best team he could field. I can't really think of any thing major that he could have done as an alternative.
Our recruitment was poor, we recognised that and responded by increasing our investment in that area and we brought in Rigg to mastermind a strategy for improvement. Not surprisingly, our recruitment has got even worse and we are starting to pay a heavy price for it.
Hiring a bloke with a consistent record of poor ( and in some cases catastrophic ) performance was only going to yield one result. We don't need someone who can talk a good job ( although he was completely silent about the business we did or more correctly failed to do in the last window ) we need someone who can DO a good job.
Our first order of business should be to look for a new Technical Director. It doesn't matter what area of business is under consideration if you pay more money for poorer perfromance then something has to change and quickly.

Dyche sending a strong message to the rest of the prem that he’s not interested in any vacancies.
Re: Tottingham lukewarmspurts Versus MIGHTY CLARETS
Dwight injured now
Re: Tottingham lukewarmspurts Versus MIGHTY CLARETS
The lineup today was totally wrong
Should have been 5 at the back or at least 5 in midfield. Also starting McNeil wide right baffling
The manager has to take full responsibility for this performance

Spurs have dropped off about 70%
I'm all for thinking positive (I'd already mentioned McNeil being very good first half) but when you have a player that can't even beat the first man on a free kick from the half way line there are no positives

3 Woeful games for us. Collapsing heading into Xmas...again.
Dyche needs to put this run behind us and make sure we get something next week against Newcastle.
