Brilliant stadium. Didn’t have time to experience the food and drink but the ground looks great both inside and out and the view was superb. The atmosphere was pretty flat like most new grounds but there was a fair noise when they scored their first couple and also when Lennon came on. A cut above the Emirates and anywhere else in the country in my opinion.

i was there on a corporate jolly along with 3 spurs fan, we had a corporate Loge in the East Atrium stand tier 2 just to the left and above the away fans- tattinger champagne on arrival, prawns, smoke salmon for starters and Lamb rum and artichoke for main- lots of fine wines, great deserts and cheeseboards to follow..........

the footie was crap but the stadium is amazing, the facilities are out of this world- shame we dint turn up today...

The ground looks great when you are in it, with good seats and sight lines. However the concourse is really small, much worse than CFS for crushing. Toilets a joke, too small and poorly laid out. The atmosphere was a bit weird the roof is so high it sounds like your outside very difficult to get a song going.
As pretty as it is and it is stunning to look at, personally I prefer Emirates and probably MK Dons.

Looks like every little detail was well designed, concourse easy a bit tight but then I think that due to the score a lot of fans went down before half time and came back late.

Choice of food etc and facilities was good.

Decent view and the stands looked great, combination of a huge kop and the rest in tiers.

However I could many understand how it was so bloody windy in there!

Absolutely first class stadium. The crowding and queuing for the bar on the concourse was quite amusing as just up the staircase to the right there was a bar with no queue and plenty of space. I thought all the staff/stewards were excellent. Luckily I was on Row 2 so able to sit down to watch the game but the statement on the match ticket that 'Persistent Standing is Not Allowed' was just fiction. The four big screens, one in each corner, were amazing.

I like many others on here have been to every ground in the league. The away concourse at Spurs is nothing to write home about, all the bells and whistles will have been saved for the home ends / corporate.

The stadium though is amazing, the best I’ve been too, the stand behind the goal is absolutely breathtaking. 17,500 capacity, that’s more than Bournemouth’s whole ground!

It far surpasses the Emirates, in fact the Emirates is one of the worst grounds there is for being able to see the action from the away end. The view at Spurs was great.

Lower concourse was crazy, but as mentioned above up the stairs was another bar and more toilets which had no queues and loads of space. You could look out over the security gates on the way in. Surprising to see the amount of people the dogs picked out of the line and who were lead away.

I had little interaction with the facilities.
Arrived on kick off.
Straight in. Quick wee in poor, small toilets, up the ramp to entrance. Seat nearby.
Rail to hold for standing...which I had to do.
Seat - halftime - not as good as Emirates...which, nowadays is also just a H/T brief experience.

View ok. I think the cover for the lower rows would be useless if it rained. Why?

Big screens excellent. Goal signalling with names etc excellent.
Atmosphere- superb. Much much better than WHL, which was silent.

The advertising at multi levels and the stupid Spurs slogans together with the multi coloured lights in the roof spoilt it for me. Classless

In summary newt special the downsides outweigh the so called improvements

Personally loved it. Not usually a fan of new stadiums but ticked every box for me.

Modern. Spacious. Rail seating. Amazing view everywhere. Stewards were great (unusual as spurs have always seemd to have the worse). Kept their soul by staying in the heart of their own community. So was traditional outside. And their fans were great around the ground. Despite the result had a great day and a good laugh with proper football fans.

Agree with a lot of what has been mentioned.
As you walk from White Hart Lane Station the giant spaceship of a ground appears, a long walk to get to away end, the home end behind the goal is enormous, concourse too busy, toilets small.
If you are of a inquisitive nature don't touch the widget at the bottom of your pint, I saw a few lose their beers

One of the best things about the stadium is that the big screens are accurately synched with the actual play, moreso than any other stadium I have been to. When you are low down behind the goals you can watch the play at the other end better in some parts on the screen....you can’t do this as well when you have a full second of discrepancy between the play and the screen....

I guess we can also say we've proved that safe standing is safe....

Though, our test may not count as so many seemed to have missed their way back after HT.... and many others also called it a day after Kane's second.

What Spurs have done is installed ‘seating with barriers’ after the change in the green guide to football safety over a year ago. The seats are there and flip up.

Rail seating is different as the seats would be locked up if/when it becomes legal for fans to stand again in the top two divisions.

You could are that when that happens there’s be no need for the seats to be there at all. I know that in Europe stadia has to be all seater but, if England made it legal, I can’t see UEFA sticking to their guns for long.

For what it’s worth I like the fact you can sit down if you choose, maybe at half time etc, so prefer Spurs’ and Wolves’ design, although Wolves have gone for a much cheaper design than Spurs have.

Spurs have it in the bottom section of the large Kop stand (6,000 of the 17,500 seats), and also in the entire 3,000 away end.

The seating with barriers aren’t there for people to stand and lean against. They are there so that when people stand for short periods, like when celebrating a goal, they don’t fall forwards, or have someone fall on them.

That’s the official line but things need to chance for standing to be allowed officially. Unofficially it’s a standing area, hence why stewards didn’t ask you to sit down. As soon as the law changes they’ll stop printing that on the tickets.

I had long since given up on us by that point. We were abysmal. So was making sure I got some pictures and videos of a historic game.
