Aston Villa 2-2 Leicester
Newcastle 0-1 Southampton
Norwich 3-2 Sheff Utd
Brighton 1-1 Wolves

With the way the weekend has gone...

Villa to at least draw vs Leicester
Southampton to beat Newcastle
Norwich to beat/draw vs Sheff U
Brighton Wolves draw

Leicester are a joy to watch this season. Youth, pace and the freedom to just go out and play. The exact opposite of watching us.

Leicester look very good, hopefully they'll hammer Villa.

I'd prefer a draw for Nor and Sheff U, and Wolves to beat BHA

Villa pull one back right on half time.
Set up for a good second half.

Leicester, in the first half, have been superb especially when one considers that they are the away side. Slick and incisive, their movement has been fabulous. Hope they take the 3 pts.

Passing success percentage - we are obviously one of the worst but Newcastle aren't much better either. I think we're the only teams generally in the 60-69% bracket.

They're looking the biggest threat that's for sure, there is a definte resemblance to their title winning campaign, strong at the back, and lethal on the break, and Jamie Vardy's rediscovered his goalscoring touch.

Newcastle 1-1 i'd settle for a draw there.

Leicester always looked a good fit for Rogers. If Pep ever left, I'd reckon Rogers would be in the frame.

He's scored 89 Premier League goals in his last 156 appearances. On an unreal run this season but suspect he's going to hit 20 Prem goals for the third time in four seasons this time around.

If City don't buck their ideas up Pep might be leaving soon,Rodgers would be a perfect fit for City's philosophy.

One of the most entertaining things on 606 at present is Lesta fans frothing at the mouth accusing the media of trying to move Rodgers on.

They're on a roll next week will be a real test, the only good news is only Watford of the bottom six have picked up even a point,Everton won but they're not relegation candidates, and West Ham have yet to play, but again i don't see them in a dogfight come the spring.

Norwich and watford are in danger of being cut adrift, which can only be a plus for everyone else including us,that are in the relgation mix.

Grealish, who has felt hard done by today, picked up a yellow for a petulant trip, 1-4 down ,in the centre of the pitch with 2mins of added time left and he's the skipper???

Smash & grab by the Hoops, hint of offside, but no VAR north of the border,so the goal stands.
