If you watch championship games on sky, you can see the next 3 or 4 referees being readied for the step up. It was Banks, Robinson, Madley, Langford and him who we had at Burton a lot of the time.

Although Robinson hasn't stood out as particularly poor I donth think.

Who is in charge of VAR is more important then the on field ref as the VAR ref has the power to overrule the on field ref if they have a different opinion.
