Durham talking c**p again ...
He's still at it as I write he reckons Dwight needs to get away now along with SD if they want to succeed. Durham is a big Pish fan, I hope we stuff em in the cup.
Re: Durham talking c**p again ...
A spell in Man United reserves will do his career no end of good.

He talks **** for a living to try and get people mad enough to care. He doesn't mean any of it. It's just bilge dressed as entertainment of the worst kind. And yet people fall for it...

Put him back in the water Durham
Re: Durham talking c**p again ...
Next week he’ll run a programme completely contradicting what he has said this week. Week 1 Burnley are great and Dyche has done wonders Week 2 442 is shite and Dyches tactics mean he a dinosaur.
He’s a bit of a c*ck who just tries to be controversial normally to get thick cockneys to phone up ranting. I’m surprised he’s never been lamped by someone though.

Don't like him that much, however he made some reasonable sensible comments. Do we play or will we ever play in a way that will get the best out of Dwight, and it has to be said right now...no we don't.

Just because you don't agree with someone's opinion, which could be argued for and against, doesn't mean he is talking Crap

What, in your opinion, is the best of Dwight?
Currently we give him the ball, he runs at his FB, gets his cross in, good things happen.

Right about Hopkins, she just says rubbish things to keep herself in the gossip columns but as for Morgan and Clarkson they are genuinely funny, something Hopkins can never claim to be.claret2018 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 7:33 pmDitto Piers Morgan, Jeremy Clarkson, Katie Hopkins etc. Rent a gobs who have controversial opinions for money

A tad unfair on Clarkson who may not be everyone’s cup of tea he’s had a long very successful career in tv and is also an excellent and very funny motor journo, intelligent and very rich .Morgan knows his onions too .
Whereas Hopkins is an odious media whore not that far behind Durham imo .

Clarkson intelligent? Well he did once punch Piers Morgan but that doesn’t excuse his history of racism

Re: Durham talking c**p again ...
In my opinion Dwight would be some much better in midfield, its crying out for him in that position. We all know a lot of our game is bang it up to our front two, a lot of the time DM sees very little of the ball. Yes he is a great crosser of the ball, but its not frequent enough for me...not his fault just our tactics. All about opinions, not for a minute saying im right...just how I feel he should be played.Tricky Trevor wrote: ↑Wed Dec 18, 2019 3:08 pmWhat, in your opinion, is the best of Dwight?

Fair enough. I’ve a feeling he’ll end up like Beckham, he is so valuable out wide he won’t get to play his best? positionewanrob wrote: ↑Thu Dec 19, 2019 9:28 amIn my opinion Dwight would be some much better in midfield, its crying out for him in that position. Re: Durham talking c**p again ...
Why would he do that? He's not actually commenting on the football - he's just hoping his argument with whatever else rent-a-voice he's got today entertains enough white van-driving tradesmen in Essex to keep the listener figures and the advertising revenue up. They probably toss a coin to see which one of them is going to take which side of the argument before they start. It's entertainment (albeit of the most brainless kind), not commentary.
Re: Durham talking c**p again ...
Clarkson could be the best TV presenter in the world - he's not - but the man is a disgrace.

Re: Durham talking c**p again ...
I agree with the point being made if not with the noise that made it. Dyche needs to leave to take an opportunity at a club that will back him financially and that will allow him to play a more progressive style of football. He needs this if he wants to ride higher in the game.
We all know he spent 30k on his coaching career watching the best coaches in the world, spent time at the progressive academy’s. He didn’t at the end of all that decide the pragmatic style we currently play is the innovative practice that he will base his coaching career on.
Dwight is a super talent but like Dyche needs to expand his experience of playing with technically sound players. He will then be able to find his best position, for me he’s more like Ozil than Beckham.

The only thing More futile more than somebody listening to TalkSport is somebody complaining about its content afterwards.

Despite the drive-time show (absolute tosh aimed at morons) and the breakfast show (the insane ramblings of your racist grandad and his pals after 6 pints) there is some decent stuff on Talksport. It's usually excellent at weekends, and some of the stuff in the later evenings is good.

Hawksby and Jacobs has remarkably managed to stay amusing and very relevant imo , ok, the ad’s and guests pushing books can be a tad grating but still quality .
Brazil is ok for 10/15 mins though, least he’s lived a bit and his show gets consistent good ratings . He seems to wind up the snowflakes too for some reason . As for night time ?apart from truckers, insomniacs, prossies and the desperately lonely who woujd listen to TS?

Collymore & Saggers was a good listen in early evening
Didn’t just focus on the premier and didn’t resort to being controversial
