BFC Directors. Current Shareholdings?

I ask this because my son (also a Burnley fan) came back on a tram this morning with Brendan Flood's son.

I thought Brendan Flood was still a Director?
I want to correct the impression my son has been given.

So I am guessing the shareholdings are about

Mike G = 49%
John B = 28%

Please, does anybody know the percentages of the current Directors shareholdings?

No, but posted on here a few weeks ago and BF is still with us. I think MG has just under 50%. I think the directors are the following with Barry the VC
Mike Garlick
John Banaszkiewicz
Brendan Flood
Barry Kilby
Clive Holt
Brian Nelson
Terry Crabb
I also think there are a number of non-issued shares

Size of shareholding doesn’t automatically make you a director. What impression do you want to correct?

I think a lot of the shares are in company names run by JB and MG. JB only has 74 shares listed, MG 6676 but Clarets Go Large run by MG has 34959 and JB freight investor holdings 19660.
No idea what would happen if those firms went bust
Bideford Trading hold 5060, Braeburn Trading 8593, Rothbury Trading 5020 and Total BSK Pension Scheme 4000.
Also noticed Ray Ingleby has 100 as does BF, so I assume some of the above companies will belong to BF
Endsleigh have 200 and BK only 32
Not having any idea how to run a business I have no idea of the implications for our club of any insolvencies.

BFC Holdings filed "confirmation statement" on 16-Dec-2019. The statement is 119 pages - and lists every shareholder, including everyone/anyone who holds 1 share.

My Dad used to be Chairman of BFC.
Said in a manner as if he had nothing to do with the club anymore.

Yet I was fairly certain he still owns about 5 -10% of the shares (or his companies do).
Thought I would ask on here if anyone knew. It appears no one on here is sure of his % shareholding.
