Kacaniklic was suppose to be with us for the season but they recalled him a month later if I remember right.

Don’t think we’ve ever made a permanent signing from Millwall

Signed him in March and made debut at Charlton. Final game was at Leeds in April.ClaretAndJew wrote: ↑Mon Dec 23, 2019 12:31 amKacaniklic was suppose to be with us for the season but they recalled him a month later if I remember right.

On another note, I wonder which team has been out most popular to sign players from.
Somebody will be here quick with the smart arse comment of Stoke based on recent years, but I actually think it could be.
We seem to have had quite a lot of players from them over the years.

Insert team here?
It's probably not West Brom.

I'm probably wrong but I'm struggling to think of anyone from Forest.

The only Forest player I can think of is Andy Marriott - which was a (very successful) loan

Rooster played his last game for Stoke against us. I’d forgotten Heath’s previous club was Stoke.Burnleyareback2 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 23, 2019 1:53 pmAlso Kevin Russell and Adrian Heath come to mind... I think!

Hugh Robertson in 1895. With us for two seasons scoring 17 goals in 46 appearances before leaving for Lincoln in 1897.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Mon Dec 23, 2019 8:13 amDon’t think we’ve ever made a permanent signing from Millwall

Very good. Unfortunately I wasn’t around and I believe we did limit it to the last 30 years on these threads.Royboyclaret wrote: ↑Mon Dec 23, 2019 4:06 pmHugh Robertson in 1895. With us for two seasons scoring 17 goals in 46 appearances before leaving for Lincoln in 1897.
