He wouldn't. That I'm sure of. He'd defend first, regardless, which might be why other teams aren't particularly interested.

However, I can understand it from the board's POV, however boring it might be.

Second half he's been our best player. Actually best he has been for some time. Some good runs. Keeping pace with the defenders. Holding the ball up and initiating attacking phases. Still gives the ball away too much though. Is offside too much. and misses too many easy chances. That being said, at least I've noticed him. Where is JRod??????
