I really hope our next manager can actually get us playing some football whatever level we end up at. I feel incredibly sorry for anyone paying to watch us were pathetic

Wouldn't surprise me on this showing, and I think SD has overdosed.

Kevin Long up front!

Reminds me of when we got absolutely battered 0-3 by Reading at home and played Michael Duff as centre forward.

Shameful display from all concerned.

Unforgiveable.

Those poor sods who went should get both their admission and travel costs reimbursed by the club.

Not necessarily to win but:

Some football
Some ball control
Some good passing
Some sort of attacking threat
Maybe even a bit of excitement

It is the Premier League after all.

Watching on stream, that is actually an average performance by us this season.

Forget the, "Worst performance of the season" - that was actually normal.

Big big concerns after that they need draging in and made to watch that we created nothing from start to finish
Not one shot at goal Pickford could have been sat in the stands he wont have an easier game all season.
We need to sort out this intrepid way we play its becoming a joke now

Quite frankly I'm getting sick and tired of watching stuff like this. No shots on target again. We must have the record. There's a reason we get branded as anti-football. Long up front with no Vydra on the bench is ridiculous. Our only impact subs were Barnes & JBG (and they were just like for like replacements) Other than that, a keeper, 3 defenders, and another pointless loanee. I'll support us through thick and thin, but how can anyone say they enjoyed that??? Garbage

Stinker of a game. We're magic at stopping the other team playing well, we just struggle to simultaneously play well ourselves on an unfortunately often basis. Don't want to be too critical because we've had some good ugly results, but my god it's difficult to watch.

Someone watching football for the first time at Goodison Park today, would be astounded at how much they had to pay for the privilege.

Sorry everyone, I must have fallen asleep amidst the riveting excitement of the match. The way we constantly pushed into the Everton half and tested them with penetrating through balls to our visible front two had me on the edge of my seat.

Given our all action display and forward momentum I don't know how it happened, but it obviously did because I had a really weird dream that we played Kevin Long up front and he offered more than Jay.

We were never going to win this game, let's get that straight. It was never going to happen. But it's the way we played.
